so the apartment is advertised as 7 min form the station - however it is half an hour in a different direction to pick up and drop off the keys, so how is this relavant? Also we had some problems with services. The TV had the wrong remote to access the box. We paid for sheets and pillow cases, but they were not there, and when I called they suggested a refund and said I was exaggerating by saying we couldn’t sleep without sheets! They had also forgotten the welcome pack. They did then send someone round that night, but only with sheets for one bed, when we were 2. It was also a red alert weather warning when we were there, and I tried to explain that I thought they had a duty of care to leave a fan at the apartment, which they did eventually do after some encouragement. I wondered if there were some misunderstandings as I was doing all the talking in French and there was no English spoken

Nous étions un couple donc nous avons dû coucher sur le clic clac. Étant des personnes avec un âge avancé nous avons beaucoup souffert du dos durant tout le séjour. Le clic clac ne disposant pas d'une densité suffisante pour un bon confort de nuit.. peut être prévoir un surmatelas à rajouter sur le clic clac lors des séjours de ce genre.
