The apartment was dirty with a dead cockroach on the floor, black mold in the shower, dust and hair bunnies in the bedroom and a stuffy and musty smell. The agency that gave us the keys firstly wronged the address and then when I tried to reach out to share the issues of the apartment they did not answered. Unfortunately even Booking’s Customer Service did not help, however I sent pics and videos, so I had to leave the apartment as it was not healthy to spend the night there. It was a terrible experience and still now (almost one month after) I am still waiting for a written answer to my request for help. Finally, I had to find another place by my own.
