The apartment was great – well equipped and in a perfect location. The agency was very friendly and easy to deal with. Being on the ground floor was a bonus, as we could access the outside directly through the living room’s French doors – our kid loved that. It was also very easy to pick up the keys with a late check-in, and the flexible check-out time was much appreciated. The heating was good, keeping the apartment warm and comfortable throughout our stay.
The only downside was the hot water running out in the evening – the third person would sometimes have to shower with cold water. It wasn’t a big issue as the hot water came back in the morning, but it was a bit annoying at times. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend it. Dans l'ensemble la prestation a été plutôt moyenne, points positifs : la position géographique du logement, et la reactivité de l'agence Foncia. Par contre les prestations du logement ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du prix demandé.

tout s'est passé comme prévu avec l'agence (comme d'habitude pourrais-je dire puisque cela fait 5 ans que je réserve via l'agence Foncia de Montgenèvre)
