The apartment was small as expected, clean linen, good ski in ski out position. Access to the facilities of 1800 is by small cable car and worked well, and there’s a small SPA supermarket 3 minutes walk uphill.
But the arrangements for collecting the keys, information about where things are eg bins, pool, ski stores fe and ESPECIALLY parking is completely lacking. It was difficult to locate the office where we had to collect the keys ( 20 minute round trip -on foot from apartment - I would never have found it except for the Pierre et Vacances receptionist at the apartment building who is actually nothing to do with the booking agent. She also explained the parking etc. ) There were insufficient glasses ( 4 odd wine glasses and 1 water glass, and only espresso cups, no larger cups or mugs for cafe crème.) The kitchen and bathroom were just about clean enough, but there was all sorts of untidy junk - books and so on , on a shelf above the bed. I would book through P&V if I were coming again, but would prefer the Odalys Edenarc .
